How does matching work?
Tap RUN NOW, choose your preferred distance and intent (easy jog, tempo run, etc.), and RTC's matching engine finds a compatible runner near you — usually in under two minutes. You can chat before you meet.
Is it free?
Yes. RTC is completely free to download and use during our Warsaw pilot. There are no hidden fees to get matched or to run.
How are meeting points chosen?
RTC suggests safe, well-lit, public locations — like a park entrance, landmark, or busy corner — near both runners. Your exact live GPS location is never shared with your match; only the suggested meeting point is visible to both of you.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at support@runtoconnect.com with your request. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Where is RTC available?
RTC is currently live in Warsaw, Poland. We plan to expand to more cities soon.
What if I feel unsafe during a match?
Your safety comes first. Always meet at the suggested public location, trust your instincts, and leave immediately if anything feels wrong. You can report or block any user directly from the app.
